Shipping Policy

You will be notified via email when your purchase has been shipped with your tracking number. Ready to ship orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days and custom orders will ship in 1-2 weeks. If your order contains a ready to ship item and a custom order, your order will ship when the custom item is complete. Delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed, as there may be delays in shipping times depending on the time of year, weather, etc.

Little Grey Handmade is not held responsible for the following:

- Incorrect address (we copy and paste your address from the order page so there is no room for error, please double check your address before placing your order)

- Difficulty with P.O. Box

- Damage made by postal service

- Stolen package after delivery

Lettermail Shipping / 7-14 Business Days / $5 - Lettermail shipping is at buyer's risk for ONE ITEM orders only. If the package is lost we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund your order.
