Return Policy

Little Grey Handmade accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days after your purchase has been delivered OR is ready for pick up. If it has been longer than 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact littlegreyhandmade@gmail.com with your Order Number or send us a direct message on Instagram @littlegreyhandmade to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary but you will be notified when it has been shipped.
